ISCN issues religious certificates following the appropriate verification process. Named certificates and case documents remain private.
Certificate Routes
Child Certificate of Faith
For school or educational administrative purposes only. A non-school request follows the standard £250 Certificate of Faith route. Valid for one year from the date of issue.
Adult Certificate of Faith
For Marriage, Nikah, Talaq or another permitted purpose. This is a full application route with identity verification, optional secure document upload, appointment preference, payment and one reference.
Certificate of Talaq
Husband application to verify a Talaq, with both spouses’ ID, marriage evidence, two witnesses and a video call. PDF issued in 3–4 working days after the completed call and checks.
Optional Certificate Services
- Fast tracking: +£150. 24-hour service.
- Notarisation: +fee pending confirmation. The FCDO Apostille is not included.
- FCDO Apostille (legalisation): +fee pending confirmation. For international use only; allow up to four weeks.
- International posting: +£50. Sent with DHL.
Other Certificates
Nikah, Khulu’ and Faskh (Annulment) certificates may be issued as part of their respective processes. Availability and fees are confirmed for the individual route.
Religious certificates do not themselves confer or change UK civil status. Any civil registration, divorce, legalisation or other formal requirement must be considered separately.
Optional Arabic translation — £30 per certificate. Where ISCN issues a religious certificate through this route, you may request an Arabic translation for an additional £30 for each certificate. This is not a UK certified or legal translation and does not create civil status, official recognition or guaranteed acceptance.
