School Certificate Application
Review the requirements for a Child Certificate of Faith needed for a school or educational administrative purpose. The confirmed fee is fee pending confirmation.
Payment will be taken securely when the public application route opens.
A non-school request follows the standard fee pending confirmation Certificate of Faith route.
The certificate is valid for one year from its date of issue.
Before You Begin
- This route is for a child under 18.
- The certificate must be required for a school or educational administrative purpose.
- Submission does not guarantee that a certificate will be issued.
- If issued, the certificate is valid for one year from its date of issue.
- You may upload available identity and school documents in the application. ISCN will request anything further using the same case reference.
This is a private religious certificate. It is not a civil identity document and does not replace any document required by a school, public authority or court.
School Certificate Application
The Child Certificate of Faith for School application is not yet open on the public website. For a school certificate, use the school certificate enquiry form while this protected route is being completed. Adults should use the separate Adult Certificate of Faith application.
Optional Arabic translation — £30 per certificate. Where ISCN issues a religious certificate through this route, you may request an Arabic translation for an additional £30 for each certificate. This is not a UK certified or legal translation and does not create civil status, official recognition or guaranteed acceptance.
