How It Works

A Clear and Private Pathway

We begin with a brief, non-sensitive enquiry so the correct service can be identified. Formal matters then move through a secure and proportionate process.

See the complete process
  1. 1
    Initial enquiry

A short summary identifies the appropriate route.

  2. 2
    Application and review

The route is confirmed and documents are received securely.

  3. 3
    Private consideration

Evidence, responses and interviews are considered where required.

  4. 4
    Scholarly outcome

Private guidance, a decision or a certificate is issued.

An Important Distinction

Religious Significance.
Clear Civil Boundaries.

A religious Nikah, adjudication decision or certificate can carry profound religious importance. It does not itself create or change civil status in the United Kingdom.

ISCN is a religious adjudication body—not a UK civil court. Independent legal advice may also be appropriate.

Begin Carefully

Not Sure Where to Begin?

Send a brief enquiry without sensitive evidence. We will identify the appropriate secure next step.
