A religious Nikah service that can be conducted in person, fully online or as a hybrid ceremony when one or more participants are in different locations. The ceremony proceeds only after the required information has been verified.
Flexible Ceremony Arrangements
In Person
The parties, Wali (marriage guardian) where applicable and witnesses attend at the agreed location.
Hybrid
One or more authorised participants join securely by video while others attend in person.
Fully Online
The parties and witnesses may join from different locations, subject to identity, presence, consent and ceremony checks.
ISCN coordinates the approved ceremony route and, after the ceremony and final controls, may issue a religious Nikah certificate from the United Kingdom.
What the Process May Include
- Identity and eligibility document checks for every relevant participant.
- Consent of both parties and an agreed Mahr (dower).
- A Wali (marriage guardian) where applicable and two witnesses.
- Evidence relating to any previous marriage or religious dissolution.
- Locations, time zones, language and remote-attendance arrangements.
- Ceremony arrangements after verification is complete.
The Civil Position
A Nikah performed by ISCN, whether in person or online, is religious. It does not automatically create a marriage recognised under UK civil law or replace any civil process required in another country. Couples should address civil registration separately.
Fees and Cancellation
Nikah service packages are confirmed individually. A £50 administration or consultation amount is non-refundable. The approved cancellation terms explain when further deductions may apply, including cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled Nikah.
