Consultation Initial Assessment — £50. A paid, confidential first consultation for any initial matter: Khulu’, Faskh, marital advice or general questions. The Council reviews your circumstances and advises on the suitable next step. Where your question needs formal scholarly review, it may recommend a published Fatwa tier. The assessment is a separate professional service and is not itself a Fatwa.
Islamic Divorce Routes
Talaq
Husband to wife. Advice on timing, idda guidance, verification and a PDF certificate. Fee £200. ISCN-provided witnesses £50 each if needed.
Khulu’
The wife requests release and the husband agrees, without disclosing reasons. No witnesses required. Published fee: £500, including up to 3 hours of casework.
Faskh (Annulment)
The wife asks the Council to dissolve the Nikah and provides evidence. Complete fee: £750.

Khulu’
Includes up to 3 hours of casework.
A wife-initiated release with its own religious conditions and process.
Talaq
Application, advice on timing and idda, verification and PDF certificate.
The husband pronounces or confirms Talaq. ISCN-provided witnesses are £50 each if needed.
Faskh (Annulment)
An adjudication application seeking dissolution where valid grounds must be established.
Before You Pay
Faskh fee: the Faskh application fee is £750. It is one fee for the complete application and adjudication process and is not divided into separate casework credits or internal charges.
Outcome: fees pay for assessment and casework; they do not guarantee a ruling, certificate or particular outcome.
Additional work: if further work or cost is required beyond the published starting total, it will be explained before proceeding.
Civil position: these are religious processes and do not replace a UK civil divorce or independent legal advice.
Cancellation: the general cancellation and refund policy applies. Where work has already begun at the applicant’s request, ISCN may retain the reasonable fee for completed work and refund any remaining balance.

Faskh Fee and Refund Terms
The Faskh application fee is £750. This is one fee for the complete application and adjudication process. Payment covers the process and does not guarantee Faskh or any particular outcome.
The ISCN Core Fees, Cancellation and Refund Policy applies. If no substantive work has started and no non-recoverable cost has been incurred, the full fee is refundable. Once work begins, any refund is the unused balance after a reasonable and proportionate deduction for work completed and costs incurred. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
