The Council reviews your circumstances and advises on the suitable next step. Where your question needs formal scholarly review, it may recommend a published Fatwa tier. Secure Nikah application

A mosque can book a ceremony. A Sharia Council records a marriage under a named scholarly body: identities, consent, Mahr, Wali and witnesses are verified, then a religious certificate may be issued from the United Kingdom. Standard Nikah is £350. ISCN-provided witnesses are £50 each if needed. This is a religious Nikah. It does not create a UK civil marriage.

Same-day Nikah premium — +£150Optional. Only when ISCN has already approved a same-day arrangement. When selected, it is included in the Nikah total and does not replace the standard Nikah fee.

Fast tracking for a Nikah needed within 3 days — +£100Optional. For a Nikah needed within 3 days. When selected, it is included in the Nikah total. It can be combined with the same-day premium.

Short-notice requests

We may be able to accommodate short-notice requests. If we can, the fees are: fast track (within 3 days) +£100; same-day +£150. Short notice is not guaranteed and depends on availability; we will confirm with you before the date.

Optional FCDO Apostille — +£150When selected, it is included in the Nikah total. It can take up to 3 weeks after the certificate is ready. ISCN does not offer embassy certification.

Optional Arabic translation of the issued certificate — +£30This applies only if ISCN issues a certificate. It is a translation of the religious certificate, not a UK certified translation, and does not guarantee acceptance by any authority.
