Process
- Application and documents.
- Administrative review and interview.
- Notification to the husband.
- Review by the Islamic Adjudication Council (Majlis al-Shura).
- Issuance and post-Khulu’ guidance.
Published fee: the current starting total is £700, comprising a £500 starting fee and £200 casework credit. The initial review confirms whether Khulu’ is the appropriate route.
