If approved, the PDF is normally issued within 3–4 working days after the completed call and checks.

Before You Begin

Have government photo ID for both spouses.
Have the marriage or Nikah certificate.
Two adult witnesses must attend the video call. Their details may be supplied later, and either the applicant or ISCN may arrange them before the call.
Be ready to explain the words, date and circumstances of any earlier Talaq, previous pronouncements or reconciliation.
Provide the factual Mahr position. The scholar will record the religious classification, Iddah and Mahr outcome after verification.

Religious certificate only: a Certificate of Talaq records ISCN’s religious verification. It does not itself create or replace a civil divorce, court order or change of UK civil status.

Delivery: the PDF service is £200. A UK hard copy costs an additional £75. International delivery is quoted separately using the current DHL cost.

The website does not decide whether the Talaq is revocable or irrevocable, the Iddah, or the Mahr outcome. An authorised scholar records those conclusions after the verified video call.
