Before You Pay
Casework credit: the included £200 covers potential additional time. ISCN will tell you before drawing on that credit.
Outcome: fees pay for assessment and casework; they do not guarantee a ruling, certificate or particular outcome.
Additional work: if further work or cost is required beyond the published starting total, it will be explained before proceeding.
Civil position: these are religious processes and do not replace a UK civil divorce or independent legal advice.
Cancellation: the general cancellation and refund policy applies. Where work has already begun at the applicant’s request, ISCN may retain the reasonable fee for completed work and refund any remaining balance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The general policy applies unless a service-specific term below says otherwise. Please give us as much notice as possible so that reserved appointments can be offered to someone else.
General Cancellation Policy
- Unless a service-specific term below applies, a scheduled service cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment is eligible for a refund of the unused service fee.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, and missed appointments, are not normally refundable.
- If work has already begun at your request, ISCN may retain the reasonable fee for the work completed and refund any remaining balance.
- If ISCN must cancel an appointment, you will be offered a new date or a refund of the affected service fee.
- Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method and may take up to 20 business days to process.
This policy does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Nikah
The following terms are specific to Nikah applications and take precedence over the general policy where they differ:
- If cancellation follows application processing but takes place before the welcome meeting, the service fee is refunded less the £50 administration fee.
- If either party cancels after the welcome meeting, the remaining fee is refunded less the £50 consultation fee.
- No refund is available when cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled Nikah.
Couples Counselling
The following terms are specific to booked couples counselling sessions:
- A cancellation made within three days of the session is eligible for a 50% refund.
- A cancellation made within 24 hours of the session is not refundable.
- A session already delivered is not refundable.
Other Services
The general policy applies to Ruqyah and other scheduled appointments unless a different term is confirmed before payment. For certificates, legalisation, adjudication, Fatwa and other application-based work, any non-refundable administration, third-party or already-completed work will be explained before payment is taken.
